You list the entire official Rush range and present it as a coherent, structured whole. No partial or opportunistic selection.
Faithful messaging
You highlight manufacturing quality, consistency and industrial control. No exaggeration, no unrealistic promises, no misleading storytelling, no disparaging comparisons.
Pricing policy
You respect a pricing policy consistent with the image and value of the products. No aggressive or uncontrolled discount practices.

You may not
Strictly prohibited under the charter
- Modify the name, logo or design of the label
- Create any variation or sub-label
- Present the label as an official certification
- Resell the sample allocation
- Use samples in promotional or discount operations
- Integrate samples into commercial bundles
Control and withdrawal
PWD Factory reserves the right to verify compliance with the charter at any time, request communication corrections, and suspend or withdraw the label without prior notice in the event of non-compliance.
Withdrawal of the label automatically results in loss of exclusive benefits and immediate prohibition of using the label and its visuals. No acquired rights may be claimed.
Acceptance
Adherence to the label implies full and unconditional acceptance of this charter.
