From raw nitrite to bottled Rush
Producing high-quality alkyl nitrites is a chemistry challenge. Nitration must be tightly controlled — temperature, reaction time, dosing — or the resulting solvent will be impure, unstable, or both. PWD Factory has refined this process across decades, and the discipline shows in every bottle.
1. Synthesis
We synthesise propyl, amyl, pentyl, and butanol-based nitrites in our European laboratory. Reagent dosing, temperature, and reaction time are monitored in real time. Our nitration process is designed for purity, not for speed.
2. Distillation and purification
Raw nitrite always contains residues. We run advanced fractional distillation to strip impurities and isolate the target molecule. The result: a clean, stable solvent that performs consistently and stores well.
3. Quality assurance
Every batch is sampled and tested before bottling. We measure concentration, purity, oxidation indicators, and scent profile against historical batch references. If a batch fails, it does not ship — period.
4. Bottling and labelling
Authentic Rush bottles are filled and labelled in our facility. We do not relabel third-party solvents and we do not outsource bottling. Every authentic bottle carries the NEVER FAKE IT® logo, the official URL www.never-fake-it.com, and a batch code printed cleanly on the label.
5. Distribution
From bottling, products go directly to authorised partner stores. Stock rotation is fast so the bottle that reaches the consumer is fresh — the difference between a Rush hit at full strength and a tired, oxidised disappointment.
Why this matters
Most counterfeit Rush is produced by small unregulated workshops with none of these controls. Cheap solvents, no purity testing, no traceability. The bottle looks similar — the chemistry is not. NEVER FAKE IT® exists because we want consumers and distributors to know they can trust the original.
